Main configurations: three sets of resistance evaporation sources, by a 3KW, 8V power supply changing the evaporation; with the substrate baking system (iodine-tungsten lamp 3X300W); pumping system with F-150 molecular pump and 2XZ-9 Straight Alliance mechanical pump.
